Earlier this year my good friend Julia got married.
If you’re ever lucky enough to go anywhere with Julia you will quickly learn that you don’t need to worry about a thing!
Julia has a serious planning problem which massively benefits all of those involved.
So I was very intrigued as to how her sister would go about having to plan the queen of planning’s HEN!
It was a lovely old weekend with a little bit of everything thrown in!
So whether you’re in need of hen/stag/London ideas and inspo or just wanna have a little look…ENJOY!
First stop-
GO APE for a dose of adrenalin!

Lot’s of awesome GoPro footage (thanks Wing!)
After a refuel at the pub and an on the go McDonalds we jumped on the train to go and check-in to our hotel!

Got out of our gym leggings washed off the mud and headed for stop no. 2…
Junk Yard Golf
Stop no. 3…
Dinner time at…
The Botanist
We paid a set price and went online to select our food choices in advance.
I went for…

Then we decided stick around after dinner and enjoy the evening atmosphere The Botanist had to offer.
Before finally returning to our hotel (and midnight snacking on the rest of our goodie bag contents!)
The next morning…
For breakfast the next day we had a table reserved at Dishoom

After breakfast the Hen and her family went off to spent the rest of their day relaxing at a spa so we said our goodbyes and had a little explore around Spitalfield Market to finish off our weekend!

It was a nice end to a great weekend which turned out to be such a lovely ice breaker for all of the hens to get to know who was who before the wedding!
Lesbi-hen SUCCESS!
🙂
