Who remembers when I set myself the challenge of making my way through the rainbow on the smoothie front?
Well in true flakey blogger style, I allowed it to fizzle out BUT…we’re back on track!
Let’s see, we’ve covered:
I bring you PURPLE!
-Frozen blueberries (2 hand fulls)
-Frozen spinach (1 handful)
-Pineapple juice (200ml but add more if needed)
-Mixed nut granola
-Teaspoon on honey
