Smoothie Bowl Recipe

This has to be one of my favourites to date!

Simple but so refreshing! The flavour also kind of reminded me of a Solero. 


-Frozen Strawberries

-Frozen Raspberries

-Fresh Ginger

-Orange and Mango Juice



-Desiccated Coconut



I usually try to get some veg and protein powder in too if it’s all I’m having but on the days I might have a low micronutrient meal it’s nice to just have a nice fruity smoothie to catch up with the goodness!
