Fresh Air Therapy

Have you been out yet today? ๐ŸŒž๐Ÿ

Yesterday I had a fabulous day off.

I was up early โ˜•

I did some visual manifestationโœจ

I completed my Life Coaching work ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป

I cleaned the bathroom ๐Ÿšฝ๐Ÿงฝ

I meditated ๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™€๏ธ

I did some washing ๐Ÿ‘•๐Ÿ‘–๐Ÿงฆ

Watched some Netflix ๐Ÿ“บ

And after all of thatโ€ฆ

Even though I’d had a successful day I hadn’t stepped outside once and I still felt strange and agitated to the point I couldn’t be botheres to go out but I knew I needed to! ๐Ÿ˜–

So set out on an evening walk ๐ŸŒƒ for some fresh air therapy and with every step I felt better ๐ŸŒˆ

Not AMAZING don’t get me wrong, that feeling had decided to set up camp for the night ๐Ÿง ๐Ÿ•๏ธ

But betterโ€ฆ.

I’d done all I could do for myself and better just had to be enough.

I accepted it, allowed it, went to bed to read ๐Ÿ“š and looked forward to the morning for new day๐ŸŒ„

Today I’m off out for a walk in the sunshine first thing ๐ŸŒž๐Ÿ
