Have you been out yet today? 🌞🍁
Yesterday I had a fabulous day off.
I was up early ☕
I did some visual manifestation✨
I completed my Life Coaching work 👍🏻
I cleaned the bathroom 🚽🧽
I meditated 🧘♀️
I did some washing 👕👖🧦
Watched some Netflix 📺
And after all of that…
Even though I’d had a successful day I hadn’t stepped outside once and I still felt strange and agitated to the point I couldn’t be botheres to go out but I knew I needed to! 😖
So set out on an evening walk 🌃 for some fresh air therapy and with every step I felt better 🌈
Not AMAZING don’t get me wrong, that feeling had decided to set up camp for the night 🧠🏕️
I’d done all I could do for myself and better just had to be enough.
I accepted it, allowed it, went to bed to read 📚 and looked forward to the morning for new day🌄
Today I’m off out for a walk in the sunshine first thing 🌞🍁

I agree with you about fresh air. I go for a long walk every day, with Jerry and Duffy. We walk about 3 miles every day
