Diet-Culture Dropout Day 4

Happy Day 4 wonderful people,

Genuinely, I hope today’s email finds you OK and that however you’re feeling at this point in lockdown, you’re able to honour your mental health as best as you can.

I don’t know what it means for you personally but I’m sending lots of positive energy your way.

I’m going to keep today’s post very short and light as tomorrow it’s going to be a big one.

Today I invite you to simply offload, consider this inbox your digital journal today and reply with WHATEVER YOU NEED TO.

Remember that you’re allowed to be and feel whatever you feel now , even if that’s sad/angry/anxious/frustrated/down and all of the other “NOT SO POSITIVE” feelings you may feel the need to stick a big “positivity plaster” on top of usually, either in denial or in case others can’t handle them.

All of them valid, all important and in need of acknowledgement, processing and acceptance for YOUR deserved health and peace.

So feel free to get em’ all out now.

Whether you need to just get it all off your chest and experience that nourishing releasing satisfaction of pressing the SEND button in order to feel lighter and get about you day, or if you’d simply like to type out 3 things you’re grateful for today as a way to seek out and magnify the little pockets of joy in a time they’re most appreciated.

Either way- I’m here to serve you as a neutral, listening ear if that’s what you need. No judgement and no conversation needed. Understanding that your reactive feelings during a pan-f*cking-demic are valuabe to your self-care and hold the key of telling you how to best tend to it.

Just do your thing then lets all put the HEALTHY HAPPY AF playlist on and dance or cry as needed.

Until tomorrow.

Lots of love x

Today I’m grateful for:

– That first sip of morning coffee.
