Genuinely, I hope today’s email finds you OK and that however you’re feeling at this point in lockdown, you’re able to honour your mental health as best as you can.
I don’t know what it means for you personally but I’m sending lots of positive energy your way.

Remember that you’re allowed to be and feel whatever you feel now , even if that’s sad/angry/anxious/frustrated/down and all of the other “NOT SO POSITIVE” feelings you may feel the need to stick a big “positivity plaster” on top of usually, either in denial or in case others can’t handle them.
All of them valid, all important and in need of acknowledgement, processing and acceptance for YOUR deserved health and peace.
So feel free to get em’ all out now.
