
What exactly IS Fatphobia?
Our internalised fatphobia is behind and responsible for most of our warped beliefs around health and fitness.
It’s all well and good to SAY it but first we need to understand it in order to recognise, unpack and tell it to fuck off.
For me, fatphobia in its simplest form is how terrified I was of “getting fat”, how that affected me and how I saw, treated and affected those around me.
Be honest with yourself and question your own internalised fatphobia without judgement.
It helps to make this whole body image thing a whole lot clearer 🧠
